6 Month Check-up

Today I had my 6 month check-up. The doctor told me I was handsome and so happy; she liked when I giggled at her. I knew something was wrong when Mommy told me she was "sorry in advance"... I got 4 shots, AGAIN! This nurse was all business. Before I knew it, I had been poked 4 times and all I could do was scream. Not fun.


My weight is now 22.5 pounds - up from 20.3 at 4 months. My height is 27 1/2 inches - I grew an inch in 2 months. They say I am in the 90-95th percentile in height and "off the charts" for weight. The doctor also gave Mommy the greenlight to give me some new foods, like bananas, peaches, peas and carrots. Can't wait! Next appointment isn't until December.
