Today I went to the Baby Crawling Races!!


I managed to make a few friends before the competition began. 

The place had these huge balls for me to play with. The ones I have at home are teeny compared to this cool thing. 

I gotta get me one of these things. Hours of fun. 

The competition was fierce. This guy sat in my lane so I couldn't move.

This other mommy of one of my competitors tried to distract me with food. Unfortunately, it worked. 

This is me crossing the finish line. I came in 3rd. I left those other babies in the dust!!

1 Year Check-up

It's been a busy few days for me. I finally recovered from my weekend birthday festivities and then had to go to the doctor for my 1 year check-up today. I now weigh 26.69 pounds (I gained over a pound in 3 months - not bad!) and am 31 inches tall (I grew an inch and a half). Doc said I was a handsome guy and was proud of my new abilities. Then the nurse came in and gave me a shot and drew blood. YIKES. Next appointment is 3 months away...thankfully.

So many new toys to play with, so little time!
